Educational 

Building contracting is the primary area of activity for Debcon Construction and the Educational Sector is an area in which we have delivered a vast amount of projects in recent years, varying in size and value from 1 classroom extensions to full ASD unit builds. Recent projects in the educational sector include extensions to Rathoe NS, St Brigids NS Bagenalstown, Presentation De La Salle Bagenalstown & Ballon NS. We have worked closely with a wide range of design teams on these projects

Health Care

Debcon Construction recently undertook a project in St Dympna’s hospital Carlow which delivered a hospice to provide palliative care to the people of county Carlow. Working closely with the HSE, design team and members of Carlow Hospice Committee, Debcon Construction delivered a 5 palliative care suite to Carlow Hospice Committee who have been fundraising and campaigning since 2006 for this project to be completed for County Carlow.

This project incorporated the refurbishment of an existing building to create a 7 bed Hospice in Carlow Town.

Sports & Leisure

Working closely with schools and the board of education, Debcon Construction has provided numerous schools and educational facilities with Basketball Courts, Astro-pitches, Soft Pour Play surfaces and other play surfaces.
